Стартирахме новата 2012-та година със сравнение на браузърите на няколко мобилни телефона – iPhone 4 (iOS 4.3), Nokia Lumia 800 (WP Mango) и iPhone 4S (iOS 5.0) и го ъплоуднахме в YouTube.
Използваните тестове са:
1. BrowserMark
2. HTML5 Speed Reading (from Microsoft)
3. SunSpider
4. Acid3 Test
5. Full HTML5 Test
Тук е мястото да благодарим на много наши колеги, за подкрепата на видеото ни в YouTube. Само за около два дни, видеото генерира над 110 000 прегледа. Благодарение на тях, успяхме да създаден сравнителна таблица с представянето на топ модели мобилни телефони на същите 5 теста.

Това, което можем да кажем в заключение е следното: Имайте предвид, че това са просто Benchmark тестове. Държим да отбележим, че изпитахме задоволство при употребата и при трите тествани от нас телефони.
Забележка: HTML5 Speed Reading Test е подготвен от Microsoft и вероятно това е причината Nokia Lumia 800 да се представя доста добре на него.
Няма как да не сте забелязали и огромната разлика на iPhone 4 с операционна система iOS 4.3 и същия с операционна система iOS 5.0.1. Вероятно ще си спомните, че на представянето на WP Mango – беше демонстрирано лошото представяне на iPhone на този тест. От Apple явно са си взели поука и са направили необходимите подобрения.
По-скоро се чудим, защо и Google не са се постарали да оптимизират ICS 4.0 за този тест, вместо да правят Easter eggs..? Както и да е – според тестовете, които получихме, Galaxy Nexus се представя повече от прекрасно и смятаме да не отдаваме голямо внимание на Microsoft-ския Speed Reading.
На последния ред в таблицата, е показан и един горд представител на армията от Android-и идващ от далечен Китай (STAR B63M). Разбира се, участието му в тази класация е по-скоро шега, но пък компенсира с ниска цена.

Many thanks to all YouTube users, who took part in the battle ot the mobile browsers – scyap, ciresariicosmin, alanmrice, SickoZone, djangking and fxaa9109 and our friends from AndroidBG – jadaia, mazy, ivelin123, killer4o, tzolov, TeRMiNaTe, derWolf and reaper22.. Thanks to them we were able to create a table with the top contestants using the same 5 tests.

We must say, that these are just Benchmark tests. All three phones, that we tested, were a blast and fun to play with.
Wear in mind, that HTML5 Speed Reading is a test build by Microsoft, which could be the reason why Nokia Lumia 800 achieved such a good result.
You must have notices the huge difference in performance between iOS 4.3 and 5.0.1 as well. Some of you probably remember that iPhones poor performance on this test was demonstrated at the presentation of WP Mango. Apple seems to have gotten the message loud and clear because they made the necessary improvements.
What we were wondering was, why Google did not spend some extra time optimizing ICS 4.0 for this test instead of making Easter eggs.. According to the other test, though, Galaxy Nexus performs more than well, so maybe we should not focus so much on Microsofts Speed Reading.
In the last row we put another proud soldier in the Android army (STAR B63M). It comes directly from China and its presence in the current chart is mainly for fun. After all it only costs a small fraction of what you would pay of the other phones in the list.
